At our practice, therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs. We understand that no two people are alike, and treatment should reflect that. We use evidence-based therapies that are adapted based on what the client needs most at the time, including:
• Trauma-Informed Therapy – creating a safe, supportive environment that acknowledges the impact of past experiences.
• Person-Centered Therapy – focusing on the client’s strengths, goals, and personal growth.
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – helping clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.

Pediatric Medication Management
When children or teens need medicine to help with their mental health, a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is one of the specialists who can guide families through the process.
The PMHNP looks at the whole picture—your child’s age, development, medical history, school and home life—before deciding if medicine might help. They can prescribe and adjust medications for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, or depression, always starting with the safest and most effective options. Because children’s bodies are still growing, the PMHNP checks things like weight, height, and lab work regularly to make sure the medicine is working well and not causing problems. Just as important, they talk with families, teachers, and other providers so that care is coordinated and your child feels supported at home, at school, and in daily life.
The goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but also to help your child thrive, build confidence, and enjoy healthy development.
“Our whole family goes here, and we’ve seen Stacy, Anna, and Lynda. I’m really really pleased with the quality of care.”
